The spirit (Neshama) of a man is the lamp of Yahweh, searching the innermost depths of his being/heart.

This Hebrew word for spirit, Neshama, also translates as breath, and the first use is when Yahweh Elohim breathed the “breath of life” into Adam’s nostrils. The word Ruach is also translated as spirit (Holy Spirit, Ruach HaKodesh) and breath. Jesus breathed upon His disciples and said, “Receive My Spirit”. Clearly, there is a huge key to the constancy of our oneness in Christ here in the simple act of breathing! Truly, the LIFE is in the breath!
Come and join us over two multi-dimensional weekends of somatically exploring Oneness and experiencing the immersive love of Christ through breath, meditation, and conscious awareness of the Christ within. Each day opens at sunrise with meditation and embodiment prayer in the open air, seating your awareness in the body where Christ dwells. Each evening closes with the stars high in the sky, with guided breathwork, meditation and frequency – singing bowls, hand drums, and live acoustic sound. Between them, transformational breathwork ceremonies carry the deep work of release and integration, with teaching and movement that create space in the body. There is an energy that can only be experienced face-to-face, when you are surrounded by like-hearted people in a sacred space, doing the deep work.

Experienced Participants
The second weekend runs more advanced techniques and teaching beyond the foundational material, at full depth from the first session to the last.
To attend the second weekend a person needs EITHER our first weekend,
OR taken part in a serious somatic or rebirthing-style breathwork practice,
OR Jenn’s Rebirthing Ruach 6 week mentorship.

Weekend Schedule (Same for both weekends)
FRIDAY
4:00 p.m. — Arrival and check-in
Soft opening with light refreshments. Participants are encouraged to eat well throughout the day so digestion does not disrupt the breath practice later.
5:00 p.m. — Opening circle
5:30 p.m. — Shared communion
6:00–9:00 p.m. — Session 1: full rebirthing breath ceremony and integration
SATURDAY
6:00–7:00 a.m. — Sunrise meditation, outdoor
Breakfast on their own
9:30 a.m. –12:00 p.m. — Session 2: teaching, movement and sound, opening the body and waking the lymph and fascia, event hall
12:00–2:00 p.m. — Lunch and break (encourage folks to eat early and not too heavy)
2:00–5:00 p.m. — Session 3: rebirthing breath ceremony and integration, outdoor, small groups
5:00–7:00 p.m. — Dinner together
7:00–7:30 p.m. — Change into pajamas, return to event hall
7:30–10:00 p.m. — Session 4: meditation and sound therapy, event hall, live acoustic instruments (hand drums, singing bowls, rainstick)
SUNDAY
6:00–7:00 a.m. — Sunrise meditation, outdoor
Breakfast on their own
9:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. — Session 5: teaching, breath meditation, integration, closing circle
12:00–12:30 p.m. — Group departs for offsite lunch
A note on the breath sessions
Rebirthing breathwork can be physically active and is most appropriately done lying down. Participants may cry, shout, shake, or breathe audibly for long stretches, particularly Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. This is expected and facilitated throughout.
All attendees are expected to attend preliminary Zoom on Sunday, October 11th at 4 p.m. to set tone and expectations and share what they need to prepare. We will also have a follow up session on zoom to provide care and empowerment.

First weekend or past experience with a similar course is a required pre-requisite for attending the second weekend.
Meals Included
- Light refreshments Friday night/Saturday AM/PM – coffee/tea, cookies, veggies, fruit, crackers, cheese, etc.
- Light lunch on Saturday
- Large shared dinner Saturday
- $50 per night, per bed for attendees who want to add additional nights before or after the weekend their attending.
- $250 per bed for attendees who want to stay on property Oct. 18-23* between conference weekends.
Alternative Lodging
Cedar Creek RV Park will offer full hook-up sites for your camper or tent. Call 573-239-8340 to book. This will be on an first call available basis. Limited openings so call early. Event ticket and meals sold separately.
There are also several hotels in the area. Those closest to the resort are off the Lake of the Woods Exit: Super 8 Motel, 5700 Freedom Dr., Columbia, MO 65202 and Holiday Inn-Columbia-East, 915 Port Way, Columbia, MO 65201.
St. Louis International Airport (STL) is 100 miles east of Cedar Creek Resort and has many larger airlines including Southwest that fly there. There are shuttles from this airport to Columbia provided by Mo-X Express Services but then you will need to take an Uber to the resort or you can rent a vehicle from the St, Louis airport.

This breathwork style is safe for most people, and completely modified, expanded or deepened by yourself and the way that you breathe. That being said, there are a few conditions that can be over-stimulated. If you have any heart or lung issues, are taking high doses of medication, have epilepsy or seizures, dissociative identity disorder, if you have had recent surgery (within 6 weeks), or if you are pregnant, this type of breathwork is not recommended. Meet Jenn Arrington
When the Lord led this homeschooling momma of four into somatic breathwork, I had already been engaging His breath in alone time with Him for a couple of years, and I still do! My first album REBIRTH, was in its final stages before release, and an ad for “Rebirthing Breathwork” popped up on my Facebook feed. I couldn’t help but wonder, and even though there was some hesitation, I felt the excited nudge from Holy Spirit to just try it! Within 90 minutes it was as if I had gone through 10 years of therapy I didn’t know I needed, and best of all – it was purely vertical, just me and God! He told me in that first session that I was going to share this with the Body of Christ.
Since immersing myself in studies around our biology, our brain, our waters, the science and physiology of how mind/body/spirit is all connected in the breath through the respiratory and nervous systems, and also uncovering mysteries in how we have been divinely fashioned for Oneness with the One who is Love… it has been impossible to hold back the wave of what He is doing through this.
It is truly an honor and a great privilege to connect with individuals whose walk with Christ leads them here. The life-changing testimonies that I am blessed to witness are beyond description, sometimes even restoration that goes back before physical birth! My heart for this breathwork is that it brings us into deeper awareness of the Union that Jesus gave His life for, that every nagging belief in separation will be dissolved, and for the Living Waters to flow freely through our new-creation, limitless redeemed design!
Meet Brenda Mitchell
Brenda is a lifelong resident of the beautiful PAC NW and is honored to live on Indigenous Lands.
With 25 years of clinical practice in the field of Physical Therapy and 15 years as a Pilates instructor her journey has expanded beyond physical healing into a deeper exploration of the body's innate wisdom, the power of breath, and the profound transformation that becomes possible when we are fully present with our presence.
Brenda is passionate about holding sacred space for individuals to explore their inner landscapes. Knowing that beneath the layers of conditioning, striving, and separation each person carries a unique blueprint encoded by Creator, their own Sacred Essence longing to be remembered.
Meet Ken Arrington
Ken Arrington has traced his family's line of ministry back to the 15th century, and he pulls that inheritance into the ancient ways of the early believers, the prayers of Heaven expanding from the body, and union with Christ as the architecture of reality. His path has run from corporate
sales to ministry to seven years as a full-time missionary, planting houses of praise and worship in multiple countries. Five of those years he and Jennifer lived in Wales, where they founded The Gathering Place UK, a community nonprofit whose work continues to draw BBC coverage and
commendations from the government.
He is the author of three books, including the Amazon bestseller Sacred Breath, Sacred Word: Prayers of the New Ancients, Prayers Beyond the Veil, which reached number one in its category. That book forms the backbone of IMMERSION, his eight-session embodiment series on union with Christ and the ancient prayers, and of his Walking the Ancient Paths workshops. His short teachings on the Christ within have reached millions across social media.
Ken and Jennifer live in Puerto Rico with their four children, where they are building Awake to Dream, a 501c(3) community nonprofit and immersive retreat center.

Rebirthing Ruach is Christ-Centered Transformational Breathwork, organically born from the desire of Yahweh’s heart for His beloved – us!
Ruach is the Hebrew word for Spirit (Holy Spirit is the Ruach Hakodesh), and it is also used interchangeably for breath, or wind. In the beginning, God breathed His DNA into the man which He sculpted, and Adam became a living BE-ing. It was then that our respiratory systems were set into function. For me, becoming aware of my breath = becoming aware of my union with the Trinity, and that is how this “Rebirthing Ruach” space began!
