About the event
Wild Union with Jenn & Ken Arrington and Brenda Mitchell
- EMBODIMENT & BREATHWORK
- DEEP MEDITATION
- INTIMATE WORSHIP & INTEGRATION
Brought to you by Awake to Dream, Rebirthing Ruach, Revealed Ministries, and Cedar Creek Resort & RV Park.
The spirit (Neshama) of a man is the lamp of Yahweh, searching the innermost depths of his being/heart.
-Proverbs 20:27
This Hebrew word for spirit, Neshama, also translates as breath, and the first use is when Yahweh Elohim breathed the “breath of life” into Adam’s nostrils. The word Ruach is also translated as spirit (Holy Spirit, Ruach HaKodesh) and breath. Jesus breathed upon His disciples and said, “Receive My Spirit”. Clearly, there is a huge key to the constancy of our oneness in Christ here in the simple act of breathing! Truly, the LIFE is in the breath!
Come and join us over two multi-dimensional weekends of somatically exploring Oneness and experiencing the immersive love of Christ through breath, meditation, and conscious awareness of the Christ within. Each day opens at sunrise with meditation and embodiment prayer in the open air, seating your awareness in the body where Christ dwells. Each evening closes with the stars high in the sky, with guided breathwork, meditation and frequency – singing bowls, hand drums, and live acoustic sound. Between them, transformational breathwork ceremonies carry the deep work of release and integration, with teaching and movement that create space in the body. There is an energy that can only be experienced face-to-face, when you are surrounded by like-hearted people in a sacred space, doing the deep work.
This is that moment. This is that space.
Allow yourself to be held, nurtured, empowered and recharged these two incredible weekends! Be immersed in expansive teaching, breathwork, deep meditation and high-frequency worship in an intimate yet uncapped group setting.

The Schedule
Friday
You arrive 4pm, Friday afternoon. At 5pm, we open together, bread and cup in hand, remembering collectively whose body we are. The first full breath ceremony takes the night, every breath a return to the Christ within.
Saturday
The day opens at first light, meditation in the open air, seating your awareness in the body, home of the Indwelling Spirit. Morning is teaching, movement and sound, moving in conscious awareness of Christ within. In the afternoon the breath goes deeper, outdoors, in small groups, the deep work of release and integration. Dinner together. Then you change into something soft and come back for the night session – meditation and sound therapy, hand drums and singing bowls, until the moon and stars are high and the body is now aware of what the mind has only conceived.
Sunday
First light again. Teaching, breath meditation, and the sending at 12:30pm. You leave at midday. Refreshed, renewed, and aware that you are the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord.
*Every registration includes a Zoom gathering the week before to prepare, and a follow-up after the weekend for care and empowerment.
